Who is responsible for paying damages?

Our arrangement mirrors a long-term rental arrangement. S&T Properties is responsible for any damages caused by guests, and owners are responsible for any damages caused by normal wear-and-tear.

What insurance do we have/do owners need?

Through our booking platform have a $1 Million liability insurance and a $1 Million content insurance to cover guest damages. Owners should have their own separate non-commercial homeowners insurance. That insurance is meant to cover damages not caused by guests -  for example, a neighbor's leak into your unit.

Does my unit have to be furnished or renovated?

Yes, units will need to be furnished, but S&T Properties can organize the furnishings for any unfurnished units with the skilled eye our interior decorator. S&T Properties can also organize and complete any renovations as needed. We work with owners on a case-by-case basis.

What type of units do you take on?

We take on any units that we believe we can offer you a better deal than a long term tenant or the competition!

Does my unit have to comply with some standard?

While S&T Properties has general standards for quality, each unit is an individual marking channel and does not have to comply with any template. Therefore, decorations, furniture and overall themes are unique to each unit.

What if I want to stay at my unit?

Yes, we are very flexible and can prorate the yearly rent based on the days that you chose to use it.
