S&T Properties does NOT work on a percentage model. In a percentage model, owners could lose money if the management company does a poor job, but the management company still gets paid. That didn't make sense to us.

Instead, we work with investors & owners to determine a fixed return that works for you. Owners receive a stable return that covers your expenses and leaves a healthy return on your investment.

If owners would like to stay in their unit, they are more than welcome to! We offer flexible plans for owners to stay at their own unit, and any unit within the S&T Property network.
